   Works well
   The dog bark deterrent device has been an effective tool in curbing my dog’s excessive barking. The ultrasonic sound is inaudible to humans but grabs my dog’s attention quickly, helping to reinforce quiet behavior without causing any harm. It’s compact and easy to use, with a simple button operation. The battery life is decent, lasting through several uses before needing a recharge. However, it doesn’t always work on every dog or in every situation, and it may take some time for the dog to fully respond to it. Despite these minor drawbacks, it’s been a helpful addition to our training routine. Highly recommend for those looking for a gentle way to manage barking.

   Amazing tool!
   I absolutely would recommend this for most people who have neighbors with “extra vocal” dogs. However, I will go ahead and say this tool does not work on every dog; just like any training tool, not everything will work for everyone.We had new neighbors move in and they have 2 dogs; a beagle mix and a Pyrenees mix. Both dogs LOVED to bark at us anytime we went in our backyard. We went to grill food – barked at. We went to do yard work – barked at. We stepped on our back porch – barked at. It got so bad at one point that the dogs would bark at us if they could hear us when we had windows open! It was honestly ridiculous, but our neighbors were always nice, apologized, and told us they’re working with them. So, we continued to be patient for several months until I caved and bought this. As soon as it arrived, I started trying it out and it worked perfectly. The neighbors dogs could hear it and would stop barking immediately (well, except for the beagle but that’s a beagle for you). It was great! Not only was it a safe way to correct the barking, but it also made being in our own yard comfortable again. The battery life is CRAZY on this thing. I’ve had it turned on for 2 months straight just to see how long it takes for it to die and it’s still going strong. For something that’s a little thicker than a TV remote and super durable, you really can’t beat it. It’s well worth the price!

   Solved in ONE DAY non-stop barking 10 month puppy (Shi-Tzu)
   I’m not new to dog ownership, having lived with dog(s) the majority of my life, but I am new to dog trainers, (this is the first and last one I’ll need). I was at my wit’s end with my Shi-Tzu puppy, but this miracle has completely saved me.THE PRODUCT: durable and good quality. My 3 year old got his dirty little hands on it, (I had yet to threaten to hold him at death’s door if he touched it), and when I asked him to put it down he magically got butterfingers and dropped it on the hardwood floor but the controller made it through this unscathed. The packaging is well done and the insert is easy to understand and includes a QR code to a video that makes learning to use a synch.The BUTTONs are ordered in intensity with the first button being just an audible sound (the black WiFi looking button), the middle being an ultrasonic noise and the third being a uptrasonic noise plus visual strobe. I’ve only had to use level one and have complete obedience with no regression, in less than one day, as I’ll explain below.THE BACKGROUND:We have a 10 month Shi-Tzu who has been apart of our family since she was 6 weeks old. She’s a good 9-10 lbs now and is a lone dog. She is still in a play pen by day, (about 7′ x 4′; gets a good hour mid-day break combined with walks for potty breaks 4 times daily). At night she’s in her crate near us.THE PROBLEM: for the past couple of months, she started barking like a mad dog 20/20. We had a routine that you’d take her to pee and poop, in the AM, show her love, fill her water and food, and let her terrorize her toys at her leisure in her pen. But lately it’s been non-stop barking in AM, late afternoon and evening. We confirmed no illness, change in diet, potty, boredom, etc. and when I say bark, I mean LOUD. Firm responses, ignoring, attempts to redirect, all failed. There was no solution we hadn’t tried before this, and my wife had already said, maybe this won’t work out with both of us being work-from-home almost full time which includes phone calls regularly.THE AMAZINGLY FAST SOLUTION (this product): Even I was at my wits end with our dog. Then I found this. There are a few models out there but I went with this one mainly due to the review count and higher percentage of success stories. I wasn’t confident it would work but…DAY ZERO: I received the package and when you open it up it is ready to go. Before using I watched the video from the QR code on the insert; which it strongly recommended. I CAN’T STRESS ENOUGH THE IMPORTANCE OF THE VIDEO. The instructions are key and the progression of the level of buttons is key as well. So I watched the video and embedded below the company’s video was an informative video from an independent dog trainer who is not endorsing their product, it is just a video the company thought would be informative, and it was. The second video is about the nature of barking and training. I think at the very least having that knowledge will benefit you, as it did me, even though I have owned dogs for years.DAY ONE: the following morning, I decided to start. As she had grown accustomed too, the morning started with non-stop barking, (after walk, potty, food, water). So I grabbed the device, was about 20 feet away from her, looked at her, pointed the controller and said, “Callie, quiet,” in a firm, normal tone, followed by clicking the level one button for 1-2 seconds. Her barking immediately stopped. I had said, “Callie, quiet,” ad nauseam, before and she would just bark bark bark bark. But here, one click on level 1.She ended up barking again in a few minutes, so I did the same thing, stated, “Callie, quiet” then held the button for 1-2 seconds and she stopped.The big test was the kids coming home at 4:00 PM. Previously, she had started to bark, not for excitement, which we allow of course, but nonstop barking for many minutes. Day One, she started to bark at this time too, so I started to walk to the device, (she couldn’t see me), and she stopped. I stood there for a moment to see if she would start barking again, but she didn’t. Fully successful day one.DAY TWO – PRESENT (Currently day 14): It’s night and day difference. I’ve had to use the device MAYBE 3 times total since day one and still only on level 1, exactly as I’ve described. She also responds to my voice the same, in the event I am away from the device, just the same now too. She is super-tame and obedient in other areas outside of barking, as well. I don’t know why, but I’ll take it!CONCLUSION: the best investment in both our lives and our dog’s life. Everyone is happier and she is still herself but more obedient. Plus, all this came with only a few uses at the lowest level. And this for a dog that was UNHINGED with her barking at 8-10 months old. I HIGHLY recommend purchasing and IMPLORE you to watch the videos, both the creator’s and the embedded training video on barks. That will teach you not to stop your dog from expressing themselves with a bark, which is normal, but to stop them when they get excessive or out of control, (continuous barks).

   Works very well on my two noisy Coonhounds
   I have three noisy hounds: a beagle, a Black and Tan Coonhound, and a Treeing Walker Coonhound. Being hounds they are all very NOISY with excessive barking at anything and everything. It quiets the two Coonhounds very effectively – one is 11 years old and the other is around 3 years old. It doesn’t seem to faze the 11 year old beagle. Maybe he cannot hear it due to his age, but I think he just doesn’t care since he is a rather stubborn boy. I am very happy with the device because it is very effective on the two Coonhound girls, and they are very, very vocal and very loud. The beagle is not as much of a nuisance barker as the two Coonhounds. So I recommend trying this device if you have dogs who bark too much. Money well spent!!!

   Actually a good product. But…
   It does what it says it does. I would give this 5 Stars however two issues I found. One the beeping doesn’t do anything for my Lab. I ordered this for my Lab that I am training not to jump or bark. The sonic noise does work and works great however My poodle who is on the other side of the house hates it and goes into a panic. I have a large home with many rooms, but it still doesn’t help. She can hear it even if I use it outside. So for that reason, I have to give it 4 stars. They say it only works for one dog at a time but this is not the case at all. I think I am going to return it due to this issue of making my other dog go crazy. If I only had one dog I would give this 5 Stars and I would say if you only have one dog it is worth the buy.

   I have a mastiff, so she is a guard dog and will bark at times which is ok. However, her barking had gotten out of control. 15+ minutes of barking at full volume when there was nothing for her to be barking at. We had tried every single training method we’d heard of, then we had tried those beeping and vibrating collars, and didn’t want to try shock collars. Nothing had worked at all.We started using this less than a week ago, and I think we’ve only used it maybe 5 times? It has helped SO much! Her barks are quieter, and we paired it with the command “quiet” and she has started to catch on to what that means. Usually we don’t even have to hit the ultrasonic button, she just has to see the device (she’s a smart girl).I was very skeptical before buying this. Nothing had worked, not even other devices like this one that were ultrasonic in a sense. Watch the video they send you, follow their training instructions, pair it with a command, and you’ll likely have success!The customer service was also second to none. As soon as it was delivered I got two emails, one asking if we were having any issues or had any questions, and one with some tips and advice. I replied to their email and they got back to me the next day! This is a small family business, which makes me feel even better about purchasing this. It’s great!

   Handy yet powerful dog deterrent. Simple to use. Barking and chasing dogs run away when you press the button. Excellent safety gadget for everyone in the present scenario where dogs join together and attack. Prevention is better than cure. State of the art gadget with rechargeable provision is added advantage.

    It only worked on the first day. 😒 next day it was like nothing to him. Used all buttons but didnt even bother him at all.
