【Innovative Design】 The toy features spheres of varying sizes at each end, allowing dogs to push it around within a set area, encouraging continuous play and engagement. As the toy moves, food is dispensed from the holes on both sides, adding a fun element to the experience.
【Promotes Healthy Eating Habits】 This versatile toy combines entertainment with food distribution, adding excitement to playtime while also encouraging dogs to eat slowly, which is beneficial for their digestive health. By rewarding dogs with treats during play, it not only engages their bodies but also their minds, promoting intelligence and brain development.
【Enhances Intelligence Training】 Dogs can use their sense of smell to locate the food in the dispenser holes and then use their noses or paws to move the toy. This interactive process not only dispenses food as the toy moves but also rewards pets for their efforts, helping to train their intelligence, expend excess energy, stimulate their minds, provide mental enrichment, and keep them active and engaged.
【Adjustable Food Dispenser】 Each sphere is equipped with a food dispensing switch, allowing the toy to accommodate various sizes and types of pet food, be it dry kibble, jerky, or treats. This switch can be customized based on the size of the food, providing control over the amount dispensed and regulating the time it takes for pets to retrieve their reward.
【Safe and Durable Materials】 Crafted from food-grade ABS materials that are free from harmful substances such as bisphenol A, PVC, and phthalates, this toy ensures the safety and well-being of your dog. Its sturdy construction makes it resistant to damage caused by pets, giving you peace of mind while your furry friend enjoys hours of entertainment.
Great for our Berner
This works great for our Bernese puppy. He eats most of his kibble from his bowl and is always looking for more. We put the remaining third of his meal in this to slow him down. Works great and he has fun.
Great toy for a wide range of dogs
I had stopped going for treat-dispensing toys such as these, even though I love feeding my service dog via them, mostly because the toys i was finding on the market really limited the sizes of kibble which could be used. Obviously, Iâm not changing my dogâs diet in order to use more toys. This one had a lot of potential as it advertised two holes each with adjustable sizing. It indeed was the case, with the holes opening up bigger than ~~1.25 x0.5 inches but also closing down for smaller kibbles.I really wish this lasted longer. My golden was able to tweak the smaller half cap off and i couldnât get it back on. Farewellâ¦
FUN!
Yes, my dog liked this very much, and he’s not very much into toys. But he chases it, flips it over, and follows it to get high end treats, and even regular dog food. It was a good buy for him!
Is very durable
My puppy love it!!
Do not recommend for big dogs that are aggressive chewers
Not for aggressive chewers. Used once- dog played and liked the treats popping out. Second day- chewed & broke cover off.Better suited for smaller dogs.
Adjustable Dog Treat Dispensing Dog Toy
This dog food dispensing toy is ok.It arrives in a small cardboard box with the toy being wrapped in plastic. The toy looks exactly as they show it in the listing pictures. It has red ends, black adjustable rings, and a clear center. The smaller end can be twisted off entirely so that you are able to fill it with food or treats. While this looks exactly like they show in the listing, I ordered this for our puppy who eats to fast and this was advertised as being as slow feeder for food but it doesn’t work that great for a puppy. This is definitely for an older dog and one who may want to push this around and try to play with it as our dog is definitely not into this at all and she won’t touch it. I can roll it around and have food come out which she will chase and eat the food off of the floor but will not touch the dispenser.Overall, probably a good treat dispenser for a bigger dog but not a great slow feeder or something that a smaller dog would be interested in.
My dog has a love/hate relationship with this toy!
I’m always on the look out for a new “puzzle toy” for my dog. I work from home a couple days a week and my dog needs some stimulation and I need “photo-bomb free” meetings.Things I like about this toy: it’s been pretty indestructible so far, and I have a mini pit bull who throws it against the wall. You can dial in the opening size so you can make it easier or harder for the treat to come out. You can also use this to change up the size of the treats you use. It’s very easy to fill, unlike my other puzzle toys. Just open up the end and pour the treats in. I love being able to control the size of the treat dispenser. Her other toys are either too easy or impossible to get treats. This one keeps her busy, but also doesn’t get her so frustrated that she stops playing with it.Of the half dozen or so treat balls that I have in my house, this one is by far my favorite. It’s the easiest to use and I can dial in the level of challenge for my dog. I highly recommend…(Amber also recommends, even though she doesn’t want to work that hard for food.)
Durability
Not durable at all. My dog chewed it to pieces in 5 mins. Do not recommend. Waste of money. Not durable like the said.
